Soul Food, a group that discusses books from a faith perspective, meets weekly during the school year from 9:30-11 a.m., on Wednesday mornings. We resume on September 15. We begin each week with a prayerful reading of the coming Sunday’s gospel text and prayer. Then, we discuss a few chapters from a book we’ve chosen to read together, including time for questions, Bible study and personal reflection. You’re welcome to come for all or any of the discussions. Your presence will make our conversation that much more meaningful.

This 2020 bestseller compares racism in the U.S. to the caste system of southern Asia and shares compelling ideas of how both systems work to separate and categorize people in society. Email Pastor Lois Pallmeyer for details or information. We look forward to having you with us for our discussions.
