"Caring Hearts Encourage Everyone Right-away!"

Come and join the fun as children celebrate what it means to be a part God’s age-old team! Tap into the marathon run the Israelites were on throughout the book of Exodus to discover how God encouraged people in Biblical times and still encourages us today!  Fun, creative and meaningful stories, songs, crafts, games and activities will inspire children, ages 4 years old through 5^th grade,  to “step up to the plate” when God calls them to encourage others!  Assistant coaches, 6^th grade and older, are needed in the mornings at both locations, with special field trips planned for  2^nd -  8^th grade every afternoon (Monday – Thursday).

Registration /payment is on a first come, first served basis and will remain open until May 16, 2008 or until grade levels fill.

Minor League - 4 year olds through (currently) 1st grade

• Your child must be 4 years old as of September 1, 2008.
• Your child must be toilet trained.
• Cost: $50 per child
• Monday through Friday 9:15 a.m.-Noon
• Location: Gloria Dei Lutheran Church
• Must register online and complete/mail payment form with check

Major League - Currently 2nd through 5th grade

• Attend Bible School in the morning.
• Enjoy field trips in the afternoon (Monday-Thursday).
• Bring your own bag lunch (Monday-Thursday).
• Cost: $80 per child
• Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m.-Noon
• Location: Holy Spirit Catholic Church Parish Ministry Center
• Must register online and complete/mail payment form with check

Assistant Coaches - Currently 6th through 8th Grade

• Help with Minor Leaguers
• Location: Gloria Dei / Holy Spirit
• Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-Noon
• Bring your own bag lunch (Monday-Thursday).
• No charge for morning session
• Must register for field trips in the afternoon
  (Monday-Thursday).
• Cost:  $45 per student for afternoon field trips
• Field Trips: Monday through Thursday; Noon-4:00 p.m.
• Must register online and complete/mail payment form with check

Coaches - High School, College & Adult Volunteers

• Help as a classroom leader or with crafts, songs, or games.
• Children of morning, full-time adult volunteers may attend for 1/2 price.
• 9 a.m. to noon for morning volunteers
• 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for all day volunteers
• Must volunteer online.
