My name is Pete Erickson and I have served and consulted in congregations since 1991. I have an undergraduate degree in Communication from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and I enjoy ministry system design, change management and coaching. Additionally, I have completed Interim Ministry training and Bridgebuilders training for congregations in transition.

I serve Gloria Dei in an intentional part-time role, guiding us through a process that helps us focus on the goals of youth ministry and define future growth opportunities.  Young people, parents and volunteers come together to dream, create and implement a viable, Christ-centered ministry that is built from the congregation up. I also assist and encourage our current youth ministry opportunities, and work within the congregation to encourage shared ministry for all ages. 

I joined the Gloria Dei staff in April 2011.
