This free class includes yoga and weights and is offered by Gloria Dei member Heidi Anderson-Isaacson, certified yoga instructor. Meets on Wednesdays beginning January 25th from 5:00-6:00 PM in the gym. Have a child in choir? Join this class while your child sings! All are welcome!
