We will be recognizing all members involved in Care Team, Eucharistic Ministrers, 1-to-1 Ministry, Card Ministry, Faith and Food, Faith and Health Committee, Prayer Team, Prayer Shawl, Faith Partners Ministry, Early Childhood and Family Ministries, Van Drivers, or other ministries we may have forgotten in this list!
Join us at Adult Forum which will focus on ways to enhance our Care Based ministries: Growing as a Caring Congregation: Hope, Love and Creativity, with Dr. Janet L. Ramsey, Ph.D., Pastor George Weiman Chair of Pastoral Theology and Ministry at Luther Seminary. Today, the pastor is no longer seen as the sole caregiver in a congregation, but as the one who models care and leads congregations to be caring communities. Join Dr. Ramsey as she shares her work on holy friendship and spiritual resiliency as it relates to our congregation’s care-based ministry journey.
