Since the ELCA merger in 1987, I had worked at its headquarters in Chicago. I retired in 1994 and moved “home” to the St. Paul area and became a member of Gloria Dei. The rest is history---I became the wedding coordinator and have thoroughly enjoyed this position for more than ten years. I consider it a “special ministry” to this parish.
