 | What Happens for Confirmation During Lent? Confirmation classes take a different form each year during Lent, to allow us to worship together at 7:00 for our midweek Lenten worship services. 7th and 8th graders meet from 6:00 - 7:00 on Wednesday nights to prepare the CrossWalk for Good Friday. Click here for more information. 9th and 10th graders meet with their mentors over a soup supper to discuss the readings that will be included in the worship service and how to integrate their meaning in our lives. 10th graders are also encouraged to discuss their faith statement with their mentors. Students are expected to meet at least 3 of the 5 Wednesdays of Lent for these discussions with their mentors; many meet every week and worship together after supper.
