The Chapel Windows
(Note:  See image gallery below)

In the windows of the chapel, each upper section contains a Scripture passage and a symbol of the Good Shepherd. The passages are: "The Lord is my Shepherd," "I am the door of the sheep," "I have found my sheep which was lost," "I know my sheep and am known of mine," "He layeth down his life for his sheep," and "There shall be one flock and one shepherd."

In the lower half of the windows is a representation of the variety of the family of those who believe in Christ. The first west window reminds of the ancient Hebrew background of our religion with the Scripture passage known as the Shema, "Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one God."

Then follow, in order, windows representing the liturgical churches of Christendom, the Lutheran family of churches, the Reformed Churches.

The east center window pictures an open Bible with the statement from the final sermon preached by Pastor Robinson to the Pilgrim fathers before they left Leyden to come to our land, "God has still more light to break forth from His Holy Word."

The final window bears the symbol of the Ecumenical movement. We are a part of the universal church which shares a common task. "One Faith, One Lord, One Baptism, One God and Father of Us All." — Ephesians 4: 5.

The pattern around the panels represents the flora and fauna of Minnesota.
