On December 21, your confirmation class is putting faith into action by going on the road!
We’ll be making a trip to Feed My Starving Children in Eagan, where we will be putting together meals for people in poverty around the world. This is a great opportunity, and we’re hoping you’ll be part of it!
MENTORS AND PARENTS!! We’d LOVE your help if you’re able! Please let us know if you can attend, and whether you may be able to drive some of the kids. We need to have at least 1 adult for every 4 young person.
Details:
- Meet at church by 5:30 p.m., Return to Gloria Dei by 8:00 p.m.
- MAKE SURE YOU’VE EATEN SUPPER before arriving!
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- If you’re able, please bring along one of the following to help support the work you’ll be doing:
9 volt batteries
paper towels
toilet paper
kitchen trash bags
white board markers
black Sharpies
cash donation
