The SAFETY of your/our children while attending VBS is of PARAMOUNT concern to all. Because of this, the process of picking up children from their classrooms will be very tight.

• Parents/guardians/those authorized will go to their child's room for pick-up. 
• If an individual arrives (to pick up a child) who has not been pre-authorized, he/she will be directed to the VBS Coordinators for authorization.
• A VBS Coordinator will call the child's parents/guardians to ask whether the individual has permission to leave with the child.
• If approved, the VBS Coordinator will authorize the release of the child.
• If we cannot reach a parent/guardian for verbal permission, the child will NOT be released.

NOTE:

• All morning pick-ups are at Gloria Dei @12:00 noon
• All afternoon pickups are at Holy Spirit @ 4:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday and @ 12 noon on Friday.

There will be no exceptions to this procedure.
