I provide a pastoral link between Gloria Dei and those members of our congregation who are homebound and unable because of health reasons to regularly attend worship. Ten hours a week are set aside to make these home visits with members.
My wife Carolyn and I joined Gloria Dei 2 years ago and are very delighted to be a part of this faith community. Carolyn is the executive director of Metro Meals on Wheels.
I am a Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor. I am part of the chaplaincy staff at Unity Hospital in Fridley. I supervise students from the metro area who are seminarians or those seeking clinical experience in a hospital setting. I am regularly supervising groups of students at Unity Hospital in Fridley and at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.
After living 25 years in Fergus Falls, Minnesota we left our home on Jewett Lake 2 years ago to be closer to our children who live in the metro area.
