| We grow in faith through a variety of experiences, including worship, participation and leadership, service, classroom experiences, and friendships. The primary context for children's faith formation is in the family at home, especially when it is reinforced by experiences with others and within the church. Children learn best by hearing from loving family members about their relationships with God, and by witnessing them living out their faith in lives of discipleship. Gloria Dei provides opportunities to support families in carrying out their baptismal promises to their children, so that together the faith can be passed on to the next generation.
