SCHOLARSHIP FUND NEEDS YOUR BOOKS (and your PLANTS)! Support Gloria Dei’s ELCA College Scholarship Fund by dropping off used books, CDs, DVDs, etc., for BUCKS FOR BOOKS—Book and Media Sale. We are currently collecting used books, games, media, etc. in the Sharing Place on the lower level at Gloria Dei.
New this year: Attention
Gardeners!! We
need your extra perennial plants. As you are cleaning up your gardens, please
consider potting parts of your perennials that have outgrown their space. We
need them for the ELCA Scholarship Fund Book, Bake and Plant Sale. Please bring
your perennials, herbs, etc. to church the morning of the sale, May 21st between
8 - 9:00 am. Please pot plants in plastic containers and label if possible. If
you need your plants picked up, please contact Gretchen 651-698-7244.
According to our resident master gardener, "This is the perfect
time of year to divide your perennials and share them!"

BUCKS FOR BOOKS Saturday & Sunday, May 22-23, from 8:30 a.m.—1:00 p.m. (Book Sellers who wish to be pre-admitted to the sale can come at 8:00 a.m. for $20.) We sell gently used games and puzzles along with used hardbacks, paperbacks, coffee-table books, CDs, CD-ROMS, DVDs, etc. We'll also have baked goods to enjoy!
Plan to stop by the Gloria Dei gym on the days of the sale to support our young people. All proceeds will go to support Gloria Dei students at ELCA colleges. We’d love your help! Questions? Contact Pastor Lois.
