Serving on the staff of Gloria Dei has been one of the greatest joys of my life. To work with such talented and loving colleagues and such a remarkably gifted congregation is a dream come true. As the only full-time associate I have the privilege of relating to several areas of ministry here at Gloria Dei. Outreach is a major focus of my ministry but I also participate in worship planning and serve on the development committee. I especially enjoy welcoming new members as they join this community of faith. I am thankful for Gloria Dei's rich worship life that nourishes us in Word and Sacrament and then sends us forth to live as Christ's servants in the world. My wife, Cheryl, is a Professor and Chair of the Nursing Department at Augsburg College. I enjoy gardening, cooking, baking, entertaining and most of all traveling to new and exciting places. Humor is one of the things I value most.
